This is an application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Arbitrator, in terms of Clause -18 r/w Annexure-A of the agreement dated 04/07/2023, executed between the parties. 2.
The learned Advocate for the respondent has tendered a Pursis dated 08/07/2025, suggesting names of three former District and Sessions Judges to be appointed as Arbitrator.

Learned Advocate for the applicant has consented for appointment of Shri Aniruddha M. Chandekar, former District and Sessions Judge as sole Arbitrator. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, Shri Aniruddha M. Chandekar, former District and Sessions Judge, is appointed as Arbitrator for resolution of dispute between the parties arising out of agreement dated 04/07/2023.
