By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceeding from Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora to Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

Learned Counsel for the applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all modes of service.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the proceedings which is pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Warora, till the appearance of the non-applicant.
