This is an application filed by the applicant for transfer of petition from Mumbai Family Court to Family Court, Nagpur.

Counsel for the non-applicant has stated that the non-applicant has filed the application for restitution of conjugal rights. She submits that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties and requests that the matter be referred for mediation to Mr S. Y. Deopujari, Advocate.

The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator at High Court Mediation Centre, Nagpur on 17.06.2025 at 2.00 p.m.
