It is pointed out that earlier this matter was referred for mediation, and accordingly, Advocate Mr. S. Y. Deopujari was appointed as Mediator in the matter. According to the Report of Mediator dated 10/7/2025 this matter was not settled between the parties. However, today learned Counsel for both sides submits that now the parties are ready to settle the dispute amicably between them and jointly made a request to appoint Advocate Mr. S. Y. Deopujari as Mediator on the ground that he is aware of the factual aspect of the matter, so that it will be convenient to resolve the dispute between the parties.

On the strength of above statements made by learned Counsel of both sides, Co-ordinator, High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is requested to appoint Advocate Mr. S. Y. Deopujari as Mediator in the matter and convey the date of appearance to the parties through their respective Counsels. The
