Present application is filed for transfer on the ground that in the matter before the Family Court in Court No.3, the Presiding Officer has recorded part evidence and he was shifted from Family Court No.3 to Court No.2. It is contended that as part evidence is recorded, shifting of Family Court No.3 to Court No.2, because of administrative reason may not be in the interest of Judicial discipline. She has filed application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, which came to be rejected.

I have also perused the order passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, dated 30.12.2024. He has rightly pointed out that if matter is heard finally before shifting of Presiding Officer to another Court, they are supposed to decide such matters before leaving the charge.

As such, there is no legal ground to grant relief of transfer the proceeding from the Judge, Family Court No.3 to Court No.2, Nagpur. As such, application is dismissed having no substance.
