Second Appeal No.48 of 2022 came to be dismissed in default on account of failure on the part of the appellant to file private paper book.

This is an application seeking restoration of appeal. Application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application was allowed vide order dated 28.01.2026. The reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay and restoration application are identical.

In view of the above, Misc. Civil Application No.83 of 2026 is allowed. Second Appeal No.48 of 2022 is restored to file.
