DATE : 30/03/2026 These applications are filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time for completion of arbitration proceedings. Earlier an extension was granted by this Court vide order dated 06.08.2019. It is not in dispute that the applicant/claimant was under moratorium under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 from 08.05.2018 onwards. The resolution plan is approved on 11.06.2024 and Board of Directors is constituted somewhere in September, 2024.
