ATE : APRIL 25, 2025 1) Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner orally requested to condone the delay, if any, caused in filing the application for restoration of the petition. The other side has given no objection.

2) It appears that the petition was dismissed for not removing office objections within the prescribed time. Considering the reasons stated in the application and no objection from the other side, the application is allowed. The petition will be restored to its original position, subject to the petitioner removing the office objections within two weeks from today. Otherwise, the petition shall be rejected without further reference to the Court.
