The learned counsel for the non-applicants has raised an objection to the impleadment of the Director in his personal capacity as a party to the present application. It is submitted that only the partnership firm should be arrayed as a non-applicant, and not its Director, as the firm alone is the contracting party to the arbitration agreement.

The learned counsel for the applicants seeks time to verify the legal position and address the objection raised by the non-applicants.

Accordingly, at the request of the learned counsel for the applicants, matter is adjourned to enable him to examine the aforesaid issue and make appropriate submissions on the next date of hearing. 4.
