The Counsel applicant has pointed out that he has filed the separate application for transfer of the proceedings arising out of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, and same is pending before another Bench of this Court, as same was arising out of criminal proceedings.

In the circumstances, applicant seeks time to move appropriate application to the Registry to get listed both these application together, as the reasons stated in both the applications for transfer of proceedings are identical. 3.
