The applicant has filed this application to transfer the proceeding which is pending before the Buldhana Court to Akola Court.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying at Akot. She has filed domestic violence proceedings before the J.M.F.C., Akot. The non-applicant has filed divorce proceedings at Buldhana. It is not possible for her to travel from Akot to Buldhana as the distance from Akot to Buldhana is about 130 kilometers. Hence prayed to allow the application. 4.

Though served the non-applicant is not present. 5.

Domestic violence proceedings is pending before the Akot Court. In said proceedings, the appearance of the non-applicant is required and he has to appear there. It will be convenient for both of them if the matter is conducted in same city. Therefore, the proceeding which is pending before the Buldhana Court is transferred to Akot Court.
