Both the learned counsel appearing for the parties have requested to this Court to refer the matter for mediation as the dispute is likely to be settled. 3.

By consent, they have suggested to appoint Advocate Mr.S.Y. Deopujari, as a 'Mediator'.

In view of above, Advocate Mr. Mr.S.Y. Deopujari is appointed as a Mediator. Both sides shall appear (preferably applicant and non applicant No.2) before the Mediator within two weeks by taking prior appointment of learned Mediator.

Thereafter, learned Mediator shall submit his report within a period of three weeks.

6.

Stand over after four weeks.
