Today the learned counsel for the non-applicant placed on record his affidavit. The same is taken on record. The perusal of the affidavit demonstrates the fact that the applicant is serving at Pune in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). 2.

This fact is also not disputed by the applicant. However, it is the submission of the applicant that she is performing a job by doing the work from home. This fact is disputed by the applicant.

Hence, applicant is directed to place on record the affidavit stating the details of her last six months as and when she has visited to Pune and period during which she has done the work from home.

Interim relief to continue till then.

Place the matter in next week.
