The applicant has filed this Miscellaneous Civil Application to transfer the Hindu Marriage Petition N0.7 of 2025 pending on the file of 5th Jt.Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying in Nagpur. She has filed the application under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act before Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur. The non-applicant is attending said proceeding in Nagpur. Hence prayed to transfer the Hindu Marriage Petition N0.7 of 2025 pending on the file of 5th Jt.Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur.

Though the non-applicant is served is not present before the Court today. The applicant is staying at Nagpur and the application under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act is Kavita

Considering the distance from Nagpur to Satara and as the non-applicant is appearing in application under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, it will be convenient to both the applicant and non-applicant to attend both the matters at Nagpur. Hence the application is allowed.

The Hindu Marriage Petition N0.7 of 2025 pending on the file of 5th Jt.Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara is transferred to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur.
