The applicant has filed this application to transfer the proceedings which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur to Family Court, Bhandara.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying with her parents. Father of applicant is suffering from paralysis. She has to take care of her father. It is not possible of her to attend the Court at Nagpur. On the contrary, the non-applicant has to attend the Court at Bhandara as the maintenance petition and the domestic violence proceedings are pending in Bhandara Court. As he is already attending the said proceedings, it will be convenient for him to attend all the matters in one Court. Hence prayed to transfer the matter from Nagpur to Bhandara Court. Though the non-applicant is served, he is not present. 4.

As the non-applicant is appearing before the Bhandara Court in above-said proceedings, it will cause no prejudice to him if the proceeding is transferred to Bhandara Court. Hence the application is allowed. The proceedings which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur is transferred to Family Court, Bhandara. (MRS. VRUSHALI V.JOSHI, J.) Tambaskar.
