ORDER

.

Heard Ms. V. N. Thakare, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. None appeared for the Respondent, though served. 2.

The Applicant has filed application for transfer of Marriage Petition bearing No. A-60/2025 pending before the Family Court at Amravati to Civil Judge Senior Division at Mangrul Pir District Washim. It is the case of the Applicant that she has no independent source of income and she is dependent upon her father. It is further claimed that there is no one to escort her for attending the proceeding at Amravati.

3.

The learned Counsel for Applicant submits that there is a criminal proceeding pending before the Court at Mangrulpir against the Respondent

2/2 79.mca.269.2025.odt and in any case he has to attend the said proceeding. It is her contention that in absence of any assistance, if the Applicant is called upon to appear in the court at Amravati, prejudice will cause to her for effectively defending the said case.

4.

The contention of the Applicant has gone unchallenged. Absence of Applicant indicates that he has no objection for allowing the Application. Misc. Civil Application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). (R. M. JOSHI, J.) vijaya Signed by: Mrs. V.G. Yadav Designation: PS To Honourable Judge Date: 17/06/2025 18:30:48
