After hearing learned Counsel for the applicant for some time, this Court finds that the applicant seems to make allegation against the Principal District Judge, Bhandara for not taking up hearing of the applications filed in M.J.C. No.127/2024.

Since allegations are sought to be made against the petitioner, this Court finds it appropriate to call the report of the Principal District Judge, Bhandara. Report be submitted in a sealed envelope only for the perusal of this Court. The Registry to ensure that the report is placed before this Court before the next date of hearing. 3.

Stand over to 10.07.2025.

Interim relief, if any, to continue till the next date of hearing.
