The applicant has filed this application to transfer the proceedings from Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Washim to Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Yavatmal.

Learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act and maintenance petition are pending before the Yavatmal Court. After filing of said proceedings, the non-applicant has filed application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restoration of conjugal rights. The applicant is staying with her 5 years daughter. The distance from Yavatmal to Washim is abut 140 kilometers. As the non-applicant is appearing in above-said proceedings at Yavatmal Court, it will be convenient for both of them if the matter is transferred to Yavatmal Court. The proceedings before the Washim Court is transferred to Yavatmal Court. The application is allowed accordingly. (MRS. VRUSHALI V.JOSHI, J.) Tambaskar.
