By order dated 21/11/2025, this Court referred the matter to Mediator.

The learned Mediator has successfully mediate the proceedings and submitted his report dated 22/12/2025. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

It is seen from the report that there is a settlement agreement between the parties in presence of the Mediator. The terms of the settlement clearly demonstrate that entire dispute between parties is resolved. Both the parties, along with their respective advocates, have duly signed the mediation settlement.

In view of the settlement agreement, the present application stands disposed of.
