At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application. Leave is granted. 2.

Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Heard. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is lady with responsibility of two minor children and one of them is 15 months old. It is his submission that it would not be possible for applicant to travel to distance of about 230 km. to attend the Hindu Marriage Petition No.48/2025 pending before the Family Court, Bhandara. In the peculiar facts of the case stay to the Hindu Marriage Petition No.48/2025 pending before the Family Court, Bhandara till next date of hearing. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 18.07.2025.
