2/3 8.Judg.mca.370.2025.odt 3.
It is the submission of the present Applicant that distance between Amrvati to Bhandara is near about 230 kms. She is residing with the minor children at Amravati, and therefore, it will be inconvenient for her to travel such distance on every date before the Family Court, Bhandara. The Applicant also stated that she has filed one proceeding arising out of the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act at Amravati. The Nonapplicant is attending the said proceeding at Amravati. According to the Applicant, no inconvenience will be caused to the Non-applicant as he is not having responsibility of the family as both the children are with the Applicant and further he is already attending one of the proceeding at Amravati. 4.
In response to the notice issued by this Court, the Non-applicant appeared through his Counsel in the matter and stated that if this Court is permitted him to appear before the Family Court through Video Conferencing, he has no objection for transfer of the proceeding from Bhandara to Amravati. 5.
In the light of above factual position of the matter, I am of the view that the present proceeding can be transferred from Bhandara to Amravati. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
