The order dated 26.3.2025 indicates that apart from non prosecution of the petition, the petition was also dismissed on merit. But, fact remains, that since petitioner was not heard and in order to show his bonafide, he having deposited amount of Rs. 50,000/- as well as considering the submission and reason for non-appearance, in the interest of justice, application is allowed, subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited in the "Public Welfare Account" with Union Bank of India, bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code - UBINo812978. Writ petition No. 5402/2021 be restored on its place. Application is disposed of.

Remaining Rs. 45,000/- alongwith accrued interest be returned to the petitioner. The petitioner to supply copy of the petition to the respondents, immediately.
