Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has made a statement on oath that her son is mentally and physically challenged and is completely bedridden. For this reason, she would not be able to appear in the proceedings at Niphad, District Nashik. To support this submission, medical record is placed before this Court. Prima facie, this Court therefore finds this to be a fit case for granting interim relief. 3.

Hence, till next date of hearing there shall be stay to the Hindu Marriage Petition No.160/2024 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad, District Nashik. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 25-07-2025.
