The learned Counsel for both sides, at this juncture, made a joint request to refer the matter for mediation. Accordingly, the Co-ordinator, High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is requested to appoint the Mediator from the list of Panel Advocates and communicate the same to the learned Counsel for both sides.

In the meantime, interim relief granted earlier to continue until further orders.

The Mediator is requested to submit the report within a period of four weeks after the date of appearance of the parties before the Mediator.
