The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has filed this application to transfer HMP No. 86/2025, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur to Civil Judge, Senior Division at Wardha. 2.

The non-applicant has filed the petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

The applicant is taking education at Wardha and is not willing to accompany the non-applicant. Learned counsel appearing for applicant has stated that, the matter is pending for no Written Statement order. The proceedings pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur are stayed till next date. 4.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable after four weeks.
