Accordingly, she has filed Pursis in the said proceedings stating that she has preferred the present application before this Court. But none appeared for the respondent in the matter as per the office note. 2.

In the circumstances, the applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant through the Counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicant in HMP No.86 of 2025 before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur.
