The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that by private mode of service, the service on non-applicant is completed. However, the record shows that the learned counsel for the applicant did not supply the copy of the application for issuing notice by regular mode.

In view of this, the applicant is directed to supply the copy of application to serve the non-applicant by regular mode. It is made clear that in view of completion of private service on the non-applicant, the matter will be taken up for final disposal after a period of two weeks.

In the meantime, interim relief to continue until further order.
