There is a dispute between the parties in relation to agreement dated 01.04.2022. Clause 21 of the said agreement provides for resolution of the dispute by arbitration. The learned Advocates for the respective parties jointly suggest the name of Justice Rohit Deo, former Judge of Bombay High Court, as Sole Arbitrator. In view of the aforesaid, Justice Rohit Deo, former Judge of this Court, is proposed to be appointed as Sole Arbitrator, subject to receipt of disclosure statement. The learned proposed Arbitrator is requested to file disclosure statement before 30.03.2026.
