The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has filed this application to transfer the divorce Petition no. A-1438/2024, which is pending before the Family Court No. 2 at Nagpur to the file of 5th Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur, as she is staying in Chandrapur.

Issue notice to non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

The learned counsel appearing for applicant has stated that, the divorce petition, which is pending before the Family Court No. 2 at Nagpur is fixed for evidence on 28th of July, 2025.

The proceeding before the Family Court No. 2 at Nagpur is stayed till next date.
