By this application, the applicant - wife is seeking transfer of the divorce petition bearing Petition A No.940/2024 pending before the Family Court No.2, Nagpur to the Family Court, Amravati on the ground that the applicant, who is residing at Amravati, has minor child who is having 90% physical disability.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the matter before Family Court, Nagpur is fixed on 30.08.2025 for appearance.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

5.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of applicant, the Family Court, Nagpur shall not proceed in the matter till next date of hearing.
