In view of the fact that Mr. Chinmay Dharmadhikari, learned Counsel, has now entered appearance on behalf of the non-applicant and his appearance is duly recorded, the ex parte order dated 29-09-2025 stands recalled.

The learned Counsel appearing for the parties jointly propose the name of Shri Justice Rohit B. Deo, Former Judge of the Bombay High Court, to be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator. The Registry is directed to seek the consent and disclosure in writing from Shri Justice Rohit B. Deo in terms of Sections 11(8) and 12(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 3.
The applicant is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) towards processing fees with the Registry within one week.
