This Court, by order dated 1/8/2025 issued notice to the Non-applicant and also granted stay to the proceeding pending before the trial court. However, it seems that Applicant has not supplied the copy of Application to the Registry for issuing notice to the Non-applicant, and therefore, the Non-applicant is remained to be served till date.

In the circumstances, issue fresh notice to the Nonapplicant, returnable after four weeks, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Non-applicant by all modes of private service, as permissible under the Rules and file affidavit of service on or before the next date in the matter.
