This Court, by order dated 12/11/2025, specifically observed that considering the age of Appellant and Respondent, it is desirable that this matter should be settled between the parties. 2.

Today, the learned Counsel for both sides jointly made a statement that they are ready to approach to the Mediator at Akola.

Hence, the Family Court, Akola is directed to appoint the Mediator in the matter and convey the date of appearance to the parties through their Counsel.

After appointment of Mediator, concerned Mediator
