The matter was referred to mediation; however, the mediation failed. The learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that out of three mediation meetings, the nonapplicant remained absent for two meetings. 2.

It is further pointed out that the non-applicant is now proceeding further in the pending proceedings at Washi. The learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant seeks time to file a reply. In view of this, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (2).
