It is informed by both parties that a child was born out of their wedlock, namely Hrudaya Patil who is a special child by birth and requires medical consultation, as she is an Autistic Child and is suffering from "Autism". 2.

For the welfare of the child, it is necessary that both, applicant and non-applicant should come together. Therefore, the matter needs to be referred for Mediation. 3.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur, is requested to appoint a Mediator in the matter and inform the dates to the parties through their respective counsel.

Learned counsels for both the parties are requested to provide their contact numbers to the Mediation Center. 5.

The learned Mediator is requested to submit the report within a period of eight weeks.
