By consent of learned counsel for the applicant and the nonapplicant, Mr. A.S. Shivankar (Retired District Judge) has proposed to appoint an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. 3.

In view of the joint request, I deem it appropriate to appoint Mr. A.S. Shivankar (Retired District Judge) as Proposed Arbitrator. 4.

As such, Registrar (J) is directed to seek his consent as well as a disclosure statement in writing as per Section 11(8) in terms of Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and Schedules V and VII.

Registrar (J) is directed to communicate this order to the proposed Arbitrator, Mr. A.S. Shivankar (Retired District Judge) and seek his consent and disclosure statement by the returnable date, i.e. on 12.09.2025.
