Shri A.B. Chaudhari, former Judge of the Bombay High Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with the Registry of this Court within four weeks towards processing charges.
