Both the parties have agreed to appoint Shri S.Y.Deopujari, Advocate as a sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to seek a disclosure statement from the proposed Arbitrator as per Section 11(8) and 12(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in order to ensure that there is no conflict of interest.

The applicant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with the Registry of this Court within two weeks from the date of this order, towards processing charges for the appointment of the Arbitrator.

Upon receipt of the deposit, the Registry shall take necessary steps to process the application and ensure that the appointment of the Arbitrator is made within three weeks.
