By order dated 27.11.2025, this Court, by consent of the parties, appointed Shri S.Y. Deopujari as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The Applicant was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards processing fees with the Registry of this Court.

The applicant has filed an application dated 17.12.2025 seeking time to deposit the said amount. 3.

By way of indulgence, a last opportunity is granted to the applicant to deposit the aforesaid amount SKNair
