The learned Counsel for Non-applicant tendered across bar the affidavit-in-reply of the Non-applicant dated 3/10/2025. Same is taken on record.

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of proceeding bearing HMP No. 1551/2024 from the Family Court, Nagpur to the Family Court, Amravati. 4.

It is stated in the affidavit that the Non-applicant has no objection for transfer of the proceeding i.e. HMP No. 1551/2024 from the Family Court, Nagpur to the Family Court, Amravati. Hence, in view of no objection of the Non-applicant, Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

The proceeding bearing HMP No. 1551/2024 pending on the file of Family Court, Nagpur is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Amravati.

The Family Court, Nagpur is directed to handover/transfer the record and proceeding of HMP No. 1551/2024 to the Family Court, Amravati.

Parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Amravati on 4/11/2025.
