The present application is filed seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.245 of 2023 from the file of learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha to the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur. 2.
The applicant/wife states that she has no source of income and it will be difficult for her to arrange money to travel from Nagpur to Wardha. Apart from this, no other ground is pressed into service. The petition is filed in the year 2023 and it is informed that the petition is posted for recording of evidence.

In view of the aforesaid, it will not be appropriate to direct transfer of the petition from Wardha to Nagpur. It must also be stated that there is a very good connectivity between the two cities by road as also by rail.

Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application is rejected. It is, however, directed that as and when the applicant/wife attends the proceeding before the Court at Wardha in-
11. MCA 540.25.odt person, the respondent/husband shall pay a sum of Rs.750/- to the applicant/wife on each such date. 5.
In the event the applicant/wife makes an application for appearance through video-conferencing, the same may be considered favorably and permission to appear through video-conferencing may be granted on such dates and at such stages as is deemed appropriate by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha.
