MARCH 25, 2026 1) This is an application seeking transfer of H.M.P. No.A-104/2024 from the file of Family Court, Yavatmal to Family Court at Nagpur. The applicant is in employed with some private establishment. She has custody of two minor daughters, who are aged around 7 and 10 years. The respondent/husband is in government service.

2) Having regard to the fact that the applicant is staying with two minor daughters, it will be expedient that H.M.P. No.A-104/2024 is transferred from Yavatmal to Nagpur as prayed.

3) In view of aforesaid, application is allowed in the following terms :- (1) The H.M.P. No.A-104/2024 is directed to be transferred from Family Court, Yavatmal to Family Court at Nagpur. (2) In the event the non-applicant/husband makes an application for appearance through video-conferencing, the same may be considered favourably and permission to appear through KOLHE
