CORAM : MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, (Through VC-Kolhapur Circuit Bench-In Chamber.) NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, JJ (Through VC-Nagpur Bench- In Chamber) DATED : 27th FEBRUARY 2026 P.C.:- 1.
The Petitioner has filed this Miscellaneous Civil Application seeking review of the order dated 5th May 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2394 of 2025 stating that he has not received an opportunity before the Scrutiny Committee to bring some documents on record and ex parte order was passed.

2.
On perusal of the order dated 5th May 2025 passed by this Court, in paragraph No.8, it is observed that: "8.
The least that was expected of the petitioner was to disclose the said fact in the earlier round of litigation in Writ Petition No.3359/2022 when the order of remand was passed on 13.02.2023, whereby the directions were issued to consider the entry in relation to Ukarda viz. Grandfather of the petitioner of 01.08.1917. The fact remains that not only in the said round of litigation before this Court which was in relation to the adjudication of the tribe claim of the petitioner but also subsequently before the Committee the petitioner has suppressed the said fact."
3.
The petition was dismissed with cost. While dismissing the petition, we have observed the conduct of the Petitioner of suppressing the material fact not only from the Court, but also from the Committee and saddled the cost of Rs.10,000/-. Now, the Petitioner is coming before this Court, though earlier Petitioner has withdrawn the Petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Nothing is brought on record to demonstrate that there is any apparent error on the face of the order dated 5th May 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2394 of 2025.

4.
Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application seeking review is not maintainable and the same stands disposed of. (NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J) (MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.) 3/3 Signed by: Mr. S.K. NAIR Designation: PS To Honourable Judge Date: 04/03/2026 16:03:42
