It is informed that the appellant is having six months baby and therefore, she is unable to travel from Akola to Nagpur to attend the proceeding.

Both the learned Counsel jointly stated that the matter can be referred for mediation.

Accordingly, considering the difficulty of the appellant, Advocate Rajesh M. Akotkar, Akola is hereby appointed as a Mediator in the matter.

The Mediator is requested to conduct the mediation and submit the report within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

The parties are directed to appear before the Mediator on 13.10.2025.
