This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which came to be dismissed for failure to comply with the order dated 15.07.2025 directing the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs. 50000/- within one week to show his bonafides. Since the order was conditional the petition stood dismissed after the expiry of one week.

Learned counsel for applicant / petitioner submits that the petitioner was not in a position to deposit the amount within the time granted on account of paucity of funds with him, however, the demand draft for the amount was prepared after two days after the time expired and now the petitioner wants to deposit the amount so that the petition is restored and can be contested on merits. 3.
Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the request appears to be reasonable and it
2 1. MCA568.25.odt needs to be granted. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs. 50,000/- within one week. The writ petition shall stand retstored to its original number.
