Both the Advocates stated that there are chances of settlement between the parties. Hence, joint request was made to sent the matter for Mediation.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur, is requested to appoint a Mediator in the matter and inform the dates to the parties through their respective counsel.

Learned counsels for both the parties are requested to provide their contact numbers to the Mediation Center. 4.

In the meantime, learned Family Court, Akola is directed not to proceed with the matter till next hearing of the present matter.

The learned Mediator is requested to submit the report within a period of six weeks.
