By the order of this court date 03.10.2025, the applicant was permitted to serve the non-applicant by private mode of service in addition to the regular mode of Service. As per the office note, the notice issued by regular mode is awaited.

Today, the learned counsel for the applicant states that by private mode the service is effected on the non-applicant and affidavit in respect of same is placed on record. Same is accepted.

However, to grant one more additional opportunity to the non-applicant, list the matter immediately after Diwali Vacation.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (B).
