Learned Counsel for the applicant fairly states that due to her inadvertent mistake the compliance of the order is not done in the matter. However, the applicant states that she will take positive steps within a week to serve the non-applicant, in compliance of the order dated 06.10.2025. 2.

Hence, time is extended by two weeks to serve the non-applicant, by all private mode of service as permissible under the Rules, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur. 3.
