From the cause title of the application, it is seen that non-applicant, who is of 65 years old, has filed the proceeding for divorce before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha. 2.

It is stated by the applicant that she is of 60 years and suffering various ailments. Hence, she is unable to attend the proceeding at Wardha. According to the applicant, the nearest place is Bhandara. Hence, by this application, transfer of proceeding from Wardha to Bhandara is sought in the matter. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after two weeks.
