It is stated that the present Applicant has already filed the Special Civil Suit No. 27/2019 under Section 18 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act for grant of maintenance, which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Buldhana. After filing of this Suit, the Respondent has filed the proceedings under Section 13(1) (i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Malegaon, District Nashik.

According to the Applicant, she is unable to attend the proceedings at Malegaon, District Nashik, which is at a distance of more than 200 Kilometers from Buldhana, and therefore, she moved the present Application for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 13/2025 from the court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Malegaon, District Nashik to the Family Court, Buldhana.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable after four weeks.
